Stop the press, it's the first wedding without restrictions and WHAT a wedding it was. This day was longed for. It was third time lucky for these two - after two previously postponed dates, it was finally their time.
I arrived in Oswaldtwistle for bridal prep early doors at Hannah's childhood home where make up was already well underway. The atmosphere was lovely, calm and chilled. Hannah's pup Richmond was centre stage most of the morning as he pottered around - mostly in search of left over Bacon from breakfast.
The morning ran smoothly as we took lots of detail shots and captured some nice moments - a highlight of which was Hannah receiving her surprise new YSL handbag that Jordan had given her as a wedding morning gift - goals!
Now it was time to get married. Up pulled the beautiful wedding cars and off we shot to Immanuel Church. Inside waited Jordan and its safe to say, I think he was blown away by his bride as she walked down the aisle with her Dad. A lovely ceremony ended with a confetti shot and family photos outside the church doors.
After this we headed down the motorway to the stunning venue - Rivington Hall Barn. It really was a beautiful venue, arched ceilings, fairy lights, beams for days. Lots of outdoor space which we used for some couple shots too.
Now, knowing Hannah since primary school, I expected that the speeches where going to be emotional - and that they were. I'm glad I had my camera and view finder to hide my tears behind as Jordan poured everything into his speech, as did Father of the Bride Pete and Best Man, Liam. Lots of toasts and thanks and a special standing toast to Hannah's sister Ellena.
The afternoon rolled into the evening and all that I can say is WOW. A first dance to a cover of Wonderwall , with a confetti drop - insane. Then the party went up a level as Six15 took over with DJ Ash Tee, Sax Guy & Gilo Percussion and it. went. off!
What a wedding and what a couple. Congratulations Hannah & Jordan. You are clearly both made for each other and I wish you nothing but happiness as Mr & Mrs Wilson.
