Sparth House Wedding - April 9th 2022 - Mathew & Lindsey

Updated: Apr 27, 2022

Mathew & Lindseys day had finally arrived after originally having planned a 2020 wedding. We where on third time lucky and April 9th proved to be their special day.

I arrived first thing at the nearby Dunkenhalgh Hotel where bridal prep had begun for the bridesmaids. It was really relaxed and chilled for a lot of the morning whilst some of the wedding party used the pool for a swim and others had the more intense job of assembling tricky favour boxes! Gifts were exchanged during the morning, along with lots of hugs, giggles and a super cute little VIP - Lindseys daughter Ava who sat so nicely whilst being pampered with her hair and make up ready for Mummy & Daddys big day.

Before long it was time to head to the wedding venue, Sparth House. After checking out that the ceremony room was perfectly prepared, we whisked straight up to the bridal suite to get into the dress and make final make up and hair adjustments. Best friends Sally & Lynsey helped button up the dress of dreams whilst bridesman Martin did up the shoes. Then it was time to head down the stairs after three long years of waiting, this was their moment.

The ceremony room was beautifully laid out with flowers and candles, touches of pink and lots of green.

Chalking back tears as we watched twins Ava & Joshua begin the entrance with a sign reading 'Daddy here comes Mummy', along with the bridal party and then Lindsey escorted by her Dad.

Lindsey and Mathew giggled their way through the ceremony and it was so plain to see that these two are made for each other.

Back down the aisle and we went straight outside for a group shot outside the front of the venue then some family photos on the grass. Guests enjoyed a drinks reception whilst the children braved the cool spring sunshine with lawn games, space hoppers and giant Jenga.

We headed to 'confetti lane' for the all important confetti shot then we snuck off for some intimate couples photos with the new Mr & Mrs Pringle. Speeches followed then early evening guests where entertained by award winning magician Jason Rea and the children flocked around the magic mirror.

Cutting of the cake and first dance followed. Then a brilliant touch with Lindsey and her Dad having a good boogey together in the middle of the dance floor.

I was so happy to be a part of your day and I wish you all the happiness for your future together.
